ELECSA
We are members of ELECSA who provide inspection, assessment and certification services to contractors working with electrical installations in private dwellings. New building regulations came into force on 1st January 2005. The new legislation was to reduce the number of deaths, injuries and fires caused by faulty electrical installations. The home owners options are to ensure high risk works are advised to the Local Authority Building Controls Department, or use a contractor who is registered with a scheme such as Elecsa. We have been assessed by Elecsa and have met the standards laid down by the government guidelines.
