Clevedon....
"Harry Powells extensive showroom can be found in Clevedon. Clevedon is
an old Victorian seaside town with its very own Pier.
Clevedon Pier & the
Toll House: As early as 1829, plans were put forward for the building of
the elegantly designed Pier in Clevedon. Clevedon Pier is the first pier
built on mathematical principles to cope with the second highest rise of
tide in the world. The Pier also has the distinction of being opened three
times; when newly built in 1869; with a new Pier head in 1894; and in 1989
after 20 years of dereliction. Steamers once again use the Pier for sailings
up and down the Channel, thanks to hard-working preservationists.

Turning your dreams into reality.....Directions
View Google MapWhere to find us. If you have had a look at the map,
you will have noticed that it is easier than you would have thought.
For although we are deep within the town of Clevedon these directions
are direct and easy to follow.
These directions take
you from Junction 20 of the M5. It doesn't matter if you are travelling
North or South come off of the Motorway at Junction 20 and follow
the directions for the Clevedon turning. You are now on a road called
Ettlingen Way and should be coming up to a roundabout.
From this roundabout,
take the second turning off. You are now on Moor Lane. Stay on this
road until you come to another roundabout. At this roundabout you
will want to turn right which will take you on to Kenn Road. This
road takes you through Clevedon Centre, known as "The Triangle".
Which is dominated by The Clock Tower. Follow the road round the
clock tower and you should see a turning on your left taking you
onto Chapel Hill. This is a steep hill and you should stay on this
road until you see Harry Powell at the top on the right.
Alternative Directions. This set of directions
needs you to turn right on the roundabout at Ettlingen Way. The
road you will be on after turning right is Northern Way. Stay on
this road until you come across a roundabout. At this roundabout
you want to take the turning to your left. If you are on the right
road you should see Clevedon Garages to your right. At the end
of this road you should come across a small roundabout known as
the East Clevedon Triangle. This is important, you want to travel
straight across but need to be aware that you want to turn right
as soon as you are across that roundabout. The road you are now
on is Highdale Road. Stay on this road it will bring you out at
the top of Chapel Hill and right next to Harry Powell.
